Having a passionate love for Art, Art History, Fashion and Design. I have revolved my life working and learning around this driving force of curiosity for the arts.
Following the completion of a Diploma in Fashion Design and Production at The Gordon Institute, in Geelong; I was determined to acquire a position designing in Chapel Street, South Yarra. Which was a great thriving culture where I was able to developed the skills to take on the role as Head pattern maker/Assistant Designer for a bridal design house in High Street, Armidale; whilst providing a 'Haute Couture' service with an outstanding team that provided exceptional quality, fit and styling.
Winning positions in the 'Gown of the Year', an Australia wide fashion competition, and in turn lead to first place holding for a design at 'Oaks day' fashions on the field at the Flemington race carnival; giving me the opportunity to open a Boutique. Creating gowns for prestigious events, setting myself up with skills in business and team management.
Styling and Curating along with exceptional customer relations and team building have been key to putting together fashion ranges, fashion parades, interior designing and marketing campaigns, whilst always keeping quality and excellence as the focus.
Recently completing a visual arts degree at the Latrobe University whilst working with Truscott Art and Framing.
